What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00 to 24:00, check-out by 11:00. Any exceptions must be agreed before arrival.
How does self check-in work?
At Guerrero Jr and Guerrero Rooms you receive the instructions and your personal code in a private message on the day of arrival. For security, codes are never published on this website.
How much do I pay when booking?
When you book online you pay a 30% deposit by card. The balance is charged automatically to the same card on the day of arrival: nothing to pay on site (except the city tax).
Can I cancel?
Up to 7 days before arrival you can cancel and we refund your deposit, minus the card payment fees (2–4%), which the payment provider does not return. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. At Guerrero Jr and Guerrero Rooms dogs are welcome with a € 15 cleaning supplement. At Hotel Brioni pets stay free.
How much is the city tax?
At all our stays € 2.30 per person per night, according to the City of Trieste 2026 rates.
Is there a lift?
Guerrero Jr is on the 4th floor with a lift. Guerrero Rooms is on the 1st floor (staircase A). At Hotel Brioni rooms are reached by stairs only.
Where can I park?
Near our stays there are the paid car parks Saba Silos and Molo IV. On the street, always check the signs.
Do children pay?
At Hotel Brioni children up to 9 stay free (one per room). For the other stays the price depends on the number of guests in the booking.
